Now is the time for your practice to keep one step ahead. I make it easy for you to have permanent makeup coverage in your office every day! When 2 technicians schedule a 4 to 5 day fundamental permanent makeup class we come to you. This is all inclusive and there are no hidden fees. Please see below for more details. Dear Colleague, Eat, Sleep, and Drink Permanent Makeup!!! This Fundamental Permanent Makeup class is just what the nurse ordered to start your own practice. With only 2 students per class you are assured all the hands on you need to feel confident in your new endeavor. I have been professionally applying permanent makeup since 1993. I feel that I know what it takes to provide students with the right environment to help them pursue their dream. This is a fast paced course where outside distractions are eliminated. Truly all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. You will leave RN FACES with the confidence to perform procedures, your equipment and supplies, a portfolio, and of course your own permanent makeup. Fundamental Class Curriculum Introduction to Permanent Cosmetics also known as Micropigmentation This will include history of our industry, equipment differences, and organizations within our industry. Facial Morphology and facial characteristics lead to the proper placement of brows, eyeliner, and lips. You are taught to educate your client so that desired outcomes are realistic and satisfying. Dermatology 101 Discussed are skin disorders, do's and don'ts with regard to pigmenting the skin, and how aging effects micropigmentation. Consultation All facets of the consultation are addressed. A proper consultation is crucial to getting that first client in your chair. A complete review of history form, informed consent, pre and post procedure instructions, and treatment forms are covered. Over the counter pencils are utilized during the consultation, so practice is important. OSHA requirements and public health concerns for you and your client are discussed with regard to your specific location. Hands on with your Midas 1100 - loading, unloading, stroke after stroke until you have mastered each movement on synthetic skin. Color Theory and basic corrective techniques. Color and pigments used to be a real challenge. Today color is made easy along with our many pigment distributors. Good pigments today mean truer color however what to do when color changes with time? All will be covered and demonstrated on live models throughout training. Leaning to alter color rather than trying to remove is taught. Marketing- Learn easy business rules, and how to keep your costs down to keep your practice stress free and profitable. How to become a highly sought after professional will be demonstrated. Whether you desire to work with, not for a physician, in a upscale day spa or open your own clinic, I will show you how and how not to spend an arm and a leg! Hands ON!! We will do at least 6 eyebrows utilizing techniques to apply a soft powdered look or my favorite the hair simulation which will set your practice apart from most others. We will also apply 6 or more eyeliners. Following the natural shape of the eye and using basic strokes will make this one of your favorite procedures. Lipliner with a blend will give lips a soft subtle look that you will be proud of. During class we will do a minimum of 4 lips but probably more. Remember that having your own permanent makeup will make your client want theirs'. We allow time for that as well if you so desire. Class Requirements Read Carefully Requirements to date for the fundamental Permanent Makeup Course is as follows: Copy of professional license if applicable, ability to sit for long periods of time, no physical limitations with regard to hands arms, shoulders, and back. Magnifying glasses must be worn. No long fingernails!! Every state can have different regulations. In some states you need not be an aesthetician, nurse, or cosmetologist. Most find this appealing for these reasons: Getting set up properly and comfortably in your environment. Utilizing models in your area so that they can show off your work. Marketing begins before I get there. I will be contacting the news to let them know of your new career path. No downtime due to travel. If you are setting up a new practice please read below It is extremely important that the student have a place to practice upon completion of this course. If you do not have an office set up we can assist you in making important decisions before class. I can not imagine spending the amount of money and time without knowing where you will practice. You will have the confidence to do procedures, however if enough time passes after class and you have not practiced you can lose your edge! Finances $4,500.00 all inclusive training program You will receive one set of personal equipment including the Midas 1100 a state of the art rotary machine, needles for your procedures, pigments, topicals, manuals, training dvd's a portfolio of before and after photos taken during your training, and your own permanent makeup if you so desire. A certificate of completion is issued upon success. All supplies used during training does not come your kit. A $1,000.00 dollar deposit will secure you position in your upcoming class. Again, class size is limited to 2 students. The balance of $3,500.00 dollars is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of class so that we may make travel arrangements and send you your manuals and work sheets as well as exercises that need to be completed prior to the start of class. You will also need to review the training dvd's to familiarize yourself with procedures. If student cancels within 2 weeks of class a $300.00 fee shall be applied. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not complete their scheduled sessions are liable for the entire fee.
