Description
CYPRESS SYSTEM version 14.1 with Cardiac and Vascular Probes. Probe cases. Hardcase. Manfactured by Siemans Medical Solutions USA in Mountain View, CA in 2004. Very light use over the past couple of years. From Siemens: The Cypress system is a high performance, phased array echo system. Weighing in at just 19 pounds. With digital storage capacity for over 100 studies and network capabilities to send studies from remote locations, clinicians can perform complete echocardiography or vascular studies from almost anywhere. The Cypress system was designed for portability, durability and reliability, and to withstand the rigors of constant transportation. System internal connections are minimized. Key components are shock mounted and the entire system sits inside a robust chassis. From hospital to office or from airplane to mountain village, the Cypress system will perform. Full Range of Capabilities. The Cypress system is a complete, full-featured echocardiography system that provides complete cardiovascular studies and outstanding image quality. It offers a full range of features including: 2D with Harmonics M-Mode Color, PW and CW Doppler Cardiac and Vascular imaging Comprehensive calculations package Patient Report with audio capture Embedded DICOM conformance High frame rate color flow imaging Network output Contrast agent imaging USB peripheral support (PC printer connectivity) Technology Migration. The Cypress system shares technological advances in probe technology that were first developed for the ultra-premium Sequoia echocardiography platform, Acusons flagship product in ultrasound around the world. The 3V2c and 7V3c transducers used on the Cypress system were migrated from the Sequoia platform. Beamformer technology migrated from the premium performance Sonoline Antares system provides additional performance in image quality, color, and Doppler. Vascular Imaging. The 7L3 wide bandwidth linear transducer offers high performance vascular capabilities for carotid studies as well as arterial and venous exams. The vascular package features advanced capabilities such as full beam-steering and low flow detection. It offers an intuitive calculations package for the best patient throughput, with comprehensive vascular patient reports, including carotids and upper and lower extremities. CYPRESS VIEWER and CYPRESS LINK Once the Cypress Viewer software in installed on a standard personal computer running Windows XP with minimum 1. 2 GHz processor, studies can be downloaded in Cypress format to the computer via a 1394 Ethernet crossover cable. Once studies are transferred onto the computer they can be stored on hard drive or be burned onto CD or DVD. Or if you have a network, studies can be downloaded to server in Cypress Format, DICOM format or Multimedia format. Transfer of studies from Cypress System onto a network server or Cypress System via Ethernet crossover cable to computer is the quickest way to go. If you need help to set up a Windows XP based computer to be able to transfer studies from the Cypress, I can help you to do this via phone. It is very easy to set-up computer. It will help to have a dedicated computer that is not used for Internet as if you use Internet on the computer; the settings have to be reentered every time you download studies. Studies can also be transferred or stored on MO (magneto optical storage discs). Transfer to a computer via MO disc requires an installed or portable MO drive on the computer and Cypress Viewer software installed. This unit has never been used via MO drive. The original MO disc is included unopened. INCLUDES: Cypress Portable Ultrasound Machine with power cord 19lbs. Hardcase 7lbs. Total Machine in case 26 lbs Typical soft cases leave much to be desired in protection. This included hard case allows the machine to be well protected for portable transportation (much smaller then the Siemens shipping cases). The EKG leads and AC cord (inside a small padded case) fit with the Cypress into the hard case. This hardcase alone is not meant to be used for shipping the Cypress. This system was manufactured in 2004 and has had very little use in the last couple of years. It is fully functional in proper working order. No service contract in effect at this time but they can be purchased. 3V2c Cardiac Probe with Siemens shipping hard-case 7L3 Carotid/Vascular Probe with Siemens shipping hard-case EKG monitor clip cord. CYPRESS VIEWER/CYPRESS LINK Software cd. For Windows based computer. CYPRESS OPERATORS MANUAL hardcopy CYPRESS OPERATORS MANUAL on cd VIDEO DISTRIBUTION CABLE (08264552 VCR/PRINTER PERIFHERAL KIT) - Unopened in original packaging. This allows hookup a VCR, standalone DVD Recorder or other recorder, Video Printer or Monitor. MO Disk labeled PRINTER DRIVERS version 2.0 MO Storage Disk unopened (The MO Drive in this unit was never used). Will include an unused, sealed in original shrink-wrap, Fujitsu 640 MB Magneto Optical Disk Drive for personal computer if winning bidder would like it. Downloaded installation manual and drivers from Fujitsu website on CD included. This particular drive currently sells for $175. So if you desired to use an MO drive this could be installed in a computer for downloading and storage of studies. MO drives are rated as excellent for long-term storage (50 years). This drive is SCSI interface so a SCSI card would need to be installed in your computer. Although this is unused and still in unopened sealed plastic wrapping it is included AS IS. SHIPPING: By Second Day Air very well packed and insured with tracking $200. PACKING: The Cypress unit in hardcase will be packed double boxed. First Cypress in hardcase. Hardcase wrapped surrounded in double layer of bubble wrap and into first box. That into very heavy-duty outer box with 2" layer of memory foam rubber at bottom. On top of the inner box another 2” layer of memory foam rubber, then transducers cases and miscellaneous wrapped in bubble wrap. On very top 2 or 3 layers of bubble wrap and four layers thick of cardboard of outer box. Have everything ready to seal, address label and ship. GUARANTEE: This Cypress System including the transducers are fully and properly functioning. I will do a patient “John Doe” Carotid and Echocardiogram demonstrating, 2-D, M-Mode, EKG trace, Colorflow, CW and Pulsed Doppler leaving them on the machine. Will pack all items very safely as stated. Buyer will have 48 hour trial inspection period. Otherwise, the Cypress System and all items are sold “as is” with no warranty. Siemens does offer a service contract that can be purchased on this unit. I was quoted on a one year contract at $3000 but may be lower for a mainland location as shipping is included in contract. Seems purchase could be made if or when needed. RETURN POLICY: 48 hour contact period. Buyer has 48 hour trial period to do some studies and inspect. For any return, buyer would be responsible for shipping and insurance costs by same method and insured amount, same boxes and packing, and same care of packing.
