When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage Compare the number of units received to the number on the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity is acceptable then sign the delivery receipt. It is important that you open the lamps within 2 business days and immediataly notify Master Tanning Inc if their are enclosed damages. When we ship our tanning lamps they are insured for damages, but these claims have to be made immediately so be sure to notify us with 2 business days and we can have the replacements sent out with no problems.
