Making Your Impressions: 1. Remove one catalyst paste and one base paste and mix the two together by rolling and kneading in your hand for approximately 45 seconds until well blended into one color. The material will begin to harden if mixed for more than 1 minute.. 2. Roll out the material the width of the tray. Press the material and shape into the tray.   3. Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth. Teeth should be centered in the impression material. Press firmly and with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums. Do Not Bite Down - just hold in place with your fingers. The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray. Keep the impression in place for one minute, remove and rinse in cold water. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE YOUR IMPRESSIONS IS ONLY 1 MINUTE EACH. DO NOT remove the molds from the trays. 4.
