The bottle has never been opened - it has the original wax like seal and gold string and in fact it still is secured in the base of the box with the gold string or tie. It is possible, not for certain, that there has been a little bit of evaporation over the years by the level of the perfume in the bottle. The outer box measures 7 and 1/2" tall and 4 and 1/2" in length and just under 3 and 1/4" in width. It's in excellent condition with no damage. The bottle measures 6 and 3/4" in overall height, including the stopper and also has no damage with front Christian Dior lettering label intact. The content 2 Fl Oz and Made in France and Ref .1204 is marked on the bottom of the box. There is an acid etch mark on the outer edge of the bottle which I am able to see: Made in France - but as I haven't removed the bottle from the package I am not sure of the Bacarrat mark however I believe this is a Bacarrat bottle.
